Welcome to Plan Our Day, Event Services! We specialize in Wedding and Event Planning for Houston and the surrounding areas, and have developed a professional and streamlined process to organize and plan a stress free event from beginning to end.
From the moment you book, you'll notice the difference in how we approach the planning process to make sure every thing is taken care of while keeping your budget in mind. We're available for weddings and events of all sizes, and can travel to Austin, San Antonio, College Station, the Texas Hill Country, Galveston and all of Houston's surrounding areas.
Depending on the type of planning or coordination you are looking for, we are happy to offer the following packages. If you don't see something that fits exactly what you need, let us know, and we can create a custom package for you!
"Day-Of" Coordination- This package begins 60 days from your wedding day, and is ideal for the couple who has already done all of the planning, have secured their vendors, and would like someone to manage the final details. At 60 days, we become the point of contact for vendors, plan your ceremony and reception timeline, and review your set up and breakdown notes. Alleviate the stress leading up to your wedding day, by letting a professional take the reigns. Then, the day of your wedding, a Wedding Coordinator will run your day according to your wishes. Extended Coordination- This is our most popular package as we have found that most couples desire a little more hands on work and assistance in booking the oh-so-important creative team, such as DJ, photographers, caterers, florists and event rental companies. In this package we include additional design and planning meetings prior to the 60-day check in that is included in our "Day-of" Package. If you are 6-9 months out from your wedding date and feel overwhelmed with the idea of finding the right vendors or afraid of missing a detail, this package will suit you best! Details and Pricing
Complete Wedding Planning - Our Complete Planning Package is ideal for the couples who have recently begun planning and would like a planner to guide them throughout the planning process. This package is all inclusive and makes the planning process truly a joy! Let us work along side you as you tour venues, select menu and beverage pairings, decide on your wedding style and colors, build your dream creative team and the not-so-fun parts like budget management and logistics and transportation. Event or Photo Shoot Styling- We can create custom design boards for your event complete with idea or theme generation, research, and quotes from local vendors. Then, we can pass along the board as a guide for you to book the vendors on your own, or we can execute the look for you. Inquire for details or questions.

Social and Corporate Events
Event Management- We work alongside many other production, marketing and event planning companies for large events including galas, fundraisers, meetings and other events as general Event Managers. With our specialty being in logistics, coordination and management, our skills translate among the events industry. Contact us to inquire about how we can help.
Private Events- Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and retirement parties- we can ensure you attend the party as a guest, even when you're the host. This includes menu and beverage planning, vendor referrals, decor, set up, breakdown and day-of errands.
