Do you travel?

Yes! And we love to! We service the Greater Houston Area, and any event taking place within 30 miles of the Galleria area is covered under the normal package rate.  Weddings taking place between 30-60 miles away may incur a $50/round trip fee per trip.

There may be lodging requirements for weddings more than 60 miles outside of Houston, and for other cities, usually just flight and hotel nights.

What’s included in your Wedding Day Coordination Package? Can you… (enter question here)?

Usually, and most often, yes. There are many aspects to our day of package that aren’t listed, such as running interference, putting out little fires, fixing décor which has fallen apart, rigging signs with twine and string, pinning boutonnieres, fixing a snack plate for your ride home, cutting off your drunk uncle at the bar, and many, many more things!

In all, we’re there to make your day run smoother, not nickel and dime you for petty things. We like to keep things simple, and encourage you to as well- so you can focus on spending time with your loved ones! Have a specific question- please don’t hesitate to ask!

What makes you different from other planners?

I love logistics and timelines. I like to have a plan for everything, and for everyone to have a clear understanding of their duties/expectations/etc.- this includes you, your family, vendors, everyone involved. I like to keep things simple and organized- I’m a no drama kind of gal, so if there is a problem, I’ll fix it- usually without you even having to know!

I’ll give you my advice or opinion when you ask, but I won’t force you to do something you’re not comfortable with. This is your wedding and I want to make sure you do what you like and feel true to you!

What else can you do?

Help you look for the perfect vendor- a specialty food item, awesome band or DJ, best florist for your budget. Advice on etiquette and tough situations, Budget creation, contract review, fun floor plan creation, transportation and hotel booking, set up décor, help with favors or welcome gifts, get the red wine out of your dress, hand you a water bottle when you step off the dance floor and gather your bridesmaids when it’s time to party!

Any wedding that truly represents you! I love small weddings, weddings on a budget, backyard weddings, garden weddings, church weddings, dance hall weddings, museum weddings, park weddings- you name it!
