Every vendor, every meeting, from beginning to beautiful end. From selecting the venue, to paper products, tablescape design, guest logistics, and thinking of the small details that "wow", we have you covered!
Some call it Partial Planning, but we call it the necessities.
For your DIY-ers, this package get's you started on the right foot, but limits the meetings to three (including a site visit).
Add additional consultation hours if you'd like for us to attend any vendor meetings- billed by the hour.
Plan Our Day does more than just celebrate gorgeous weddings, we also plan ancillary wedding events, such as Bridal Showers, Rehearsal Dinners, and Luncheons. For the corporate side, we're happy to chat more about your Grand Opening, Product Launches, Holiday Parties, Anniversaries, and other meetings or celebrations.
Held at the modern venue, 1111 Studewood, the aim of the party was both a silent auction for a charity close to the host's heart, as well as a celebration of her company's five year anniversary. We went with bright florals and linen colors, mixing in lounge seating and cocktail tables to encourage mingling. A successful event, we raised more than the goal set that evening thanks to our fabulous sponsors!

This event served two purposes, thanking current residents for choosing this community as their home, as well as introducing the property to apartment locators and other vendors. We chose menu items from local restaurants, had a selfie booth and entertainment. Guest walked away with gift bags featuring a branded wine glass and freebies from other businesses nearby! Such a fun event!

This luxury high rise in downtown Houston had to open with a statement! So, we brought in one of the city's best DJs, live latin dancers, a cookie dough cart and spin art machines as guest entertainment. We kept the decor sleek and modern, and had a custom dance floor created with the logo.
