What does a Wedding Coordinator do?
In short, we manage your wedding day timeline so you don't have to! We organize your vendors, timeline, setup notes, etc before hand so we know every detail of your wedding day (including rehearsal).
We make sure everything looks as you want, and keep you on your timeline to be sure you fit all the fun into one night! We also take care of the details, like lighting all of your candles, ensuring your wedding party knows where to be and when, and packing up your gifts at the end of the night (to name a few things!). We are happy to chat via phone or over coffee to give you a better idea of what to expect.
Do I really need you? Can't my cousin's, best friend's mother do it?
Yes, you need us! Of course your cousin's best friend's mom can do it, but probably not as well. We've been doing this for awhile, and can offer you peace of mind. We will know every detail of your day, and want you to relax and enjoy the night.
How long do we have you the day of our wedding?
The Day-of package includes an 10-hour wedding day, extended planning includes a 12 hour day. This typically means that your coordinator will arrive about 3 hours prior to your ceremony start time. Set up can include placing linens, centerpieces, favors, and other decor items. We can set up your welcome and cake tables, any pictures or other decor you may have. At the end of the night, we will pack all of your personal items or items brought to the venue to send with your family.
Does this include set up of tables and chairs?
This does not include set up of tables and chairs, but, we do have staff that can handle that for an additional fee.
What else do you do?
We can also help with planning your rehearsal dinner or activities for out of town guests. If you are feeling overwhelmed with RSVPs, we can do that too. These options are available at an additional fee, let us know if you are curious!
When do I pay?
Your deposit is due at booking, and is half of the total fee. The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event. We accept all major credit cards through Paypal, or accept cash/check.
What if I need to cancel?
There is a non-refundable $150 deposit that goes toward your total amount. If you cancel prior to 90 days before your wedding date, we will refund any payments made outside if the deposit. Within 90 days of your wedding date, no refund is given.
